Stage 2 Baby Food is an introduction to green veggies and Proteins. Additional to stage 1 food, new vegetables and fruit combinations are also added.
Two types of protein (beef & chicken) products are also introduced to this stage only by using fresh herbs and no salt, sugar or preservatives are added.
Stage 2 protein and veggies must be combined with stage 1 vegetables.
Stage 2 includes Peas; Green Beans; Broccoli; Spinach & Green beans; Beetroot & Sweet Potato; Apple & Carrot; Rooibos Apple & Pear; Beef Basil; Beef Chicken; Rosemary Chicken.
